Our 3 year aged rum comes out of the oak barrel with a light amber color, then we charcoal filter it to remove the color and still maintain the complex flavor and aroma. Complementary to any premium cocktail. Smooth & soft with subtle spice & wood notes. on the nose bright citrus & floral overtones, vanilla, subtle oak, nutmeg. On the palate buttery caramel, hints coconut, toasted caramel & marzipan. Long & warm, toasted coconut, buttery on the finish.
Look for a pale straw tinge and hints of marshmallow and toasted coconut on nose and palate, finishing cleanly with zippy cinnamon and a streak of alcohol heat. Recommended to mix into daiquiris and other cocktails. This is a small-batch, single cask rum aged in ex-Bourbon barrels.
