Seaside Gin is a delicately balanced gin, featuring foraged botanicals including scurvy grass, ground ivy and bladderwrack. These are complemented with aromatic spice notes from grains of paradise, coriander and cardamom. Sweet and smooth with a slight salty tang, and defined by its fresh, lightly floral aroma. The gin has a pleasing sweetness and light salinity on the nose. On the palate, bold juniper is balanced against sweet minerality, grassy notes and a hint of spice. Bottled at 43% ABV, Seaside Gin makes for a bracingly refreshing G&T, and perfectly garnished with a sprig of green samphire in summertime.
