Our Pumpkin Spice Latte Sippin’ Cream Combines a mild pumpkin flavor with holiday spices such as ginger, cinnamon, and clove. This traditional combination of cream and spice will have you yearning for fall all year long.

INGREDIENTS
1 box (15.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
⅔ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup Pumpkin Spice Latte Sippin’ Cream
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 TBSP Pumpkin Spice Latte Sippin’ Cream
1 TBSP melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 18 donut pans with non-stick cooking spray. (NOTE: donut pans usually make at a time. This batter can be baked in batches, if you only have 1 donut pan)
Place all donut ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer, and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. (NOTE: You can also use a hand mixer. If you mix by hand, beat vigorously for 2 minutes).
Divide batter evenly among donut pans. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Rotate pan, and bake for 3-5 more minutes, or until very lightly browned. Remove from the oven and immediately remove donuts from the pan. Place on a wire cooling rack, and let cool completely while you prepare the icing.
For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, Pumpkin Spice Latte Sippin’ Cream, and butter. Gently dip the tops of the donuts in the glaze, and replace onto wire cooling rack to let glaze set slightly before serving.
