The 2019 Weissburgunder Pinot Bianco is nutty and rich from the first tilt of the glass, showing white flowers complemented by notes of smoke, almond and subtle hints of lime. It's medium-bodied and full of energy, displaying contrasting notes of ripe apple and honied inner florals over a core of brisk acids and spice. This is clean, poised and bristling with minerality.
